I'm assuming you did the most obvious cross, Opal X Ultramel?
That would give you ultramels het lavender and amels het lavender.
Breeding the ultramels het lavender to each other will give you a 1/16 chance for an ultra lav and 1/8 chance for the ultramel lavs.
You did cross an ultramel with an opal for the hets, right?![]()

I thought everyone was using this. Maybe it is known that the Ultramel cross doesn't calculate correctly. I noticed this a while back but didn't say anything.
