i am new to snakes and i was wondering what corn snake eats frozen mice eaxily is color ful and doesnt grow to big?

They all have about the same probability of taking f/t. Some are stubborn and won't for a while. Most corns grow to be about the same size. However, some people have obsereved that Miamis tend not to be quite as big as some other corns (but not in all cases). There are tons of colorful morphs. Check out the photo gallery and have a look around at the different morphs.

there are tons of exciting colors and patterns on corns I guarantee it will be a hard choice, but have fun doing it.

Welcome to the site!!!!!!!! There is a lot of information here. Be sure to read the FAQ section in the forums. They answer a lot of questions

My question for you would be: define "not too big."

Mine are still babies, but my readings indicate adults range from 4-5 feet long, with some males getting as large as 6 feet long. I hope someone will correct me on the weight, but I believe 600 grams (just short of 1.5 pounds) is considered the upper end of the scale for weights - again, most likely larger males.

I decided on corns for lots of reasons. One of the biggest was their reputation as a good beginner's snake. So, if the size seems a bit more than you wanted, you might consider how easy they are compared to other snakes.

Good luck! :)
