Mark on the back of my 10ft Burmese

Hello all

I have noticed today a mark on the back of Freddy, my normal phase Burmese Python. It is about 3 inches long by 1 inch wide and looks like someone has put a line of flour along his back. Can anyone tell me what this is? He has fresh water and his temps are perfect. He eats every 2 weeks without fail. Any ideas?

Cheers

It could be dead skin.. or a scratch healing over? Yeah, we need pictures of your snake.
But 10 feet.. thats a wee baby still.

He is only 4 years old, but he does still have some growing to do. Most males in captivity dont exceed 14ft, although in some case they do. Females on the other hand can easily reach 20ft.
