Peeple of zee wurl, relax
I am going back to Seattle in a few weeks and obviously I am taking my snakes with me. I driving, so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions to keep them comfortable and safe.

I was thinking of not feeding them that week so they wouldn't regurge from the stress but I of course will be giving them water each night. I was also thinking of placing them all in one box and keeping it covered up so I don't have to worry about direct sunlight hurting them. I should mention I have them all in critter keepers so I'd really just place each keeper in the box. They are going to ride with me in the car so I am not too concerned about them getting too hot or cold because I can control that.

Anyway, suggestions and comments are welcome. I love my little group and I want them all to make it with me to Seattle. :)

I traveled round trip with my amel from Idaho to South Carolina. I handled it much like you did. He was in a small kritter keeper with is favorite hide and aspen. No water dish because it just would have spilled during the trip. I fed him a week before and left on our trip after he had pooped a few tiems. During that time I didn't have heat for him, just room/car temps. He did just fine. At night, when we stopped for a motel, I would take him into the motel with me. I gave him a bowl of water at night so he could drink or soak. The first night he drank a lot of water after not having it all day. When we got home, I let him settle back in for a day or two before I fed him a small meal.
