Does anyone have thoughts on how to move a corn with out too much stress. I might be moving across the country to Alaska. He is almost 5 years old this coming fall. If anyone has words of wisdom on a move this big much would be appreciated.

Give him two weeks to clean out his system (ie no poo) and put him in a pillowcase. Make sure he's out of direct sunlight and won't get too hot or too cold in the car with you. Make sure to get him out at night and offer water so he doesn't get dehydrated. If you want you can put him in a pillowcase in a critter keeper (the pillowcase makes them less stressed in my experience). At least that's what we did when moving from PA to VA (only around 4 hours though) and when bringing things home from Daytona.
