It actually could be a gopher snake according to this site. But I do not know your location at all. I would release this snake since you do not know what it is.
There are wild populations on gophers/pines/bulls on in the Philippines due to pets being released or a traveler via boat. But it could be something else. Hey there. I was born in the Philippines, but I moved to the States when I was 2. I don't remember much about the Philippines, but I do know there is an awful lot of dodgy animals running loose all over the place, especially way out in the boonies. Could you take it to a pet shop to get ID'd? The info on Tricksterpup's link says they can deliver a nasty bite (if it is indeed a dog-faced water snake). So just because the little beastie hasn't bitten you yet...
