Hatchling female anery motley, delivered about 14 hours ago. This picture doesn't do her justice, I'll have to take some more once she's settled in.

I know I'm supposed to wait before handling her, but I was concerned that she hadn't had water for the entire trip. She didn't venture out from hiding for 12 hours.

I decided to gently "show" her the water dish and she sat in my hand taking a handful of gulps :)

I'll leave her alone for the next 5-7 days before attempting a feeding.

Should I be concerned that her water dish is on the tall side? I didn't fill it very high, but will she be able to find it if the sides are high?

Very nice pattern on her. I wouldn't worry about the water dish. She'll find it if she needs it. They're extremely good at climbing.
