My New Male Striped Amel!!!

Hello Everyone! :wavey:

I just wanted to introduce all of you to my new Striped Amel Cornsnake from Dan (HarleyDan1956). I got him on Wednesday. He is so perdy and I just fed him today. Still thinking of a name...so until then, he's Mr. Snake or Snakey (according to my friends), haha.

I know the mouse looks small, that is all I could get at the pet store so I bought him two... He is a great eater and so easy to handle. Very sweet and calm.

Hope you all like him and Thanks for stopping by!

*Thank you again Dan for a beautiful snake!*

Thank you! You know, I am not sure how old he is. I think Dan got him early 2008, so perhaps about a year? I should double check this.

You should definitely post your Amel! Would love to see him! My second snake was an Amel, she was my favorite and is now school pet. This is my first stripe. I'm so thrilled! :spinner:

Thanks Dan for the clarification! I don't know where I got "early 2008" from??? He seems very happy in his 20 gallon long tank and can usually always be found under the hide on the warm side just like that (so far... it's only been three days I suppose, haha). =)

Thanks Deb! I agree! =)
