Ok well as some of you will already know, I think vivarium decorating is greeeeat fun and I put time & effort into it. So I've just changed the set-up slightly in my 4 foot wooden vivarium - new heating system & thermostat etc.

Thought I'd share pics!

Thats amazing! I don't know if I would ever find my snake in there! Great job! Thanks for sharing!

That looks awesome, I am glad I am not holding mine right now cause I know if they seen it they would ask for one like that. lol Great job.

Thanks! Jakes a fattie, I'll find him soon enough lol! Hes hibernating right now, I hope he likes his redecor when he gets back home in spring haha

Nope, I did used to have a UVB bulb that cost me quite a bit but its not there now for 3 reasons
1) Corns don't really need UV
2) If I use the viv for my snow at any point she won't like UV I've heard
3) I broke the damn thing taking it out :)

Haha now I've just got a 60W normal shaped red bulb for visual purposes and to raise the ambient air temp a bit. Its just impossible to use only a UTH in such big vivariums I find.
