My snake died... I hope it's not contagious?

Yesterday I found my 08 reverse okeetee female dead in her tank. I'm very confused. When I examined her body, I noticed that part of her under side was coloured green. She was about 100g, she was small for an 08.
I got her in February 2009 and she was about 30 grams then. She'd only gained 70 grams since that day I got her and I never noticed any change in size physically or visually. The only way I could tell she was growing was when I put her on the scale. Of course I thought this was just her way of growing, but now I'm wondering if this had anything to do with her death.
Another thing was that whenever I took her out of her tank, she never seemed to move much. If she did, it was really slow. Again, not sure if this has anything to do with her death. It's frustrating, but I'm okay.

I know I've read threads about green bellies before but I tried searching and couldn't find anything. I'd just like to hear of other thoughts regarding my situation and whether or not this may be contagious to my other snakes.

Thanks for reading.

I'm sorry for your loss. I've lost two babies for seemingly no reason, too.

The green tint you see is the gall bladder... it's just something that happens at death.

Again, very sorry.
