(No, the video has nothing to do with NaNo, I just think everyone should see it. :p)

National Novel Writing Month

So November is creeping up on us and I'm getting pumped for this year. I'm going with Steampunk this time, a genre I've never even thought about before, so I'm pretty much going in blind. :) If there are enough NaNo participants on this board, we can use this thread as a support group, sounding board, and editing panel! Who's with me?!

I never even knew about this national novel writing month thing, sounds cool. I have 2 plot ideas for books. One that I've been toying with for a long time and have lots of notes jotted on random pieces of paper, another that I've just thought of in the past couple months and is only in my head as of yet.

If I ever get around to writing a book I doubt it, but who knows, I think it would be neat...but seems so daunting a task and I have no time.

I've been doing NNWM since the second year. And only finished last year. LOL. I'll be doing it again this year, though whether I finish the current novel will determine what I'm working on.
