need help please

you have to go to UserCP (user control panel) towards the top of the page and then to edit avatar. upload from your computer to the site. you will have to size it to be 100 x 100 pixels though. that is for your avatar only.........profile pics won't show up on posts. good luck.
 
sorry........do the same thing for your profile picture and it should show up in your user page.
