Need substitute for Wipe Out 3

I loved Wipe Out 3 hand sanitizer. Unfortunately it has been discontinued by the manufacturer and now I would like recommendations for an alternative product.

I have sensitive skin and a chronic cough. Wipe Out 3 was good for me because it was thick, moisturizing (in fact it actually improved my skin and helped me get rid of my hand eczema) and did not have alcohol fumes like another brand I had used (which I think also is no longer made) which could make me cough.

I hope to find a product that is as close to Wipe Out 3 as possible. It could be a "non-reptile" brand made for other purposes, as long as it is safe for my snakes and me.

I have already bought the bigger size out on amazon.com (great minds think alike!) but I'm looking down the road as the remaining sources seem to be running out fast.
