New Boa Arrival

My new Brazilian Rainbow Boa arrived today. He is a 2010 and was a little cranky and struck a bit but not too bad. I am super excited, I absolutely love BRBs.

Here is the new little guy fresh out of the bag.

This is right before he tried to eat my camera lol.

Beautiful baby boy! Congratulations :).

The youngsters are notoriously nippy little critters. My young male is like that. My older female is as calm as can be. Ya just gotta keep on handling them when they're young so that they grow up knowing that human hands aren't out to do them damage :).

He's beautiful!!! I've been tamping down my BRB lust lately, but I just found out someone in the herp society out here has three litters on the way. And I don't know if I can continue being virtuous forever... Those guys are so gorgeous! Yours has such a pretty face, too. He reminds me of my little carpet python boy, even though their faces *should* look nothing alike. Which only makes me admire your little one more!
