As an upate to my thread down a few: (which nobody wanted to read  ) My okeetee female is now at lucky 13 and it looks like there are many to go. No slugs yet either. *keeping fingers crossed* She might make it past the 20 mark! Woo-Hoo! Not a bad first clutch I must say. I'll keep you all posted on the outcome.

16 eggs

Well, she's all done laying. No slugs at all. The eggs are huge. I thought there were more in there but they are just so big I misjudged it. That and I'm a first year breeder with no prior experience :grin01: Anyway, with the clutch of 4 good eggs from my anery last Saturday(they seem pretty small compared to these eggs), I now have 20 eggs. I am SOOOO excited to see my first pipping egg. August is sure a loooooong way off!

WOW! That is so great. Next year will be my first year, I'm having a hard time waiting for that, don't know what I'll be like waiting for pipping.
 susan

Wait til they start pipping and just hang out in their eggs all day. That will drive you to drink, if you don't already! Congratulations!
