my friend has a snake and hes not too good when it comes to snakes so he called me up since im "supposedly" good with snakes,,,he fed it a large fuzzy,,a bit bigger then the usual fuzzy he feeds and the fuzzy's leg seems to be stretched or something so anyway

the lump has a small umm thing coming out ,,which is the leg

doesnt look too serious but he claims it took the snake a while to swallow it

I'm not too sure but as long as nothing's actually protruding through the scales, it probably isn't too serious. If it doesn't go away in a few days (as the mouse is being digested) then you might want to tell him to take it to a vet
just my opinion
