hi i have had my corn snake just over a month now and we are getting on very well he have bit me twice but now he's carming down but im not sure
what bread is he as im new to the snake business her is the link

With corn snakes, you don't think of them as a "breed", like Doberman, poodle or pitbull. You think of them more as a color, like a black-and-tan or a red brindle or a blue merle (all of those are color descriptions for some breed of dog). Your snake, since it doesn't show any red or orange, is probably what is called anerythristic. Big word for a simple concept: your snake is missing something (a- or an- usually means "not" when used at the beginning of the word), that something being the color red/orange (erythristic refers to red pigment).

Your snake's type or morph would be anerythristic. Most people just say or type "anery" for short.

There are a lot of good FAQs on this site that can help you learn more about your new snake and how to care for him. Good luck!
