Pinkies Too Big

So I bought some large pinkies from Big Cheese and the are way bigger than I expected. He cant eat them bc it is too big. What can I do to help him be able to eat the pinkies?

they are a little easier to cut if still frozen, but you may be surprised at how big a pink he can take.

have you actually tryed feeding them to him and he couldnt eat it? or are you guessing he cant? if he actually cant just try cutting them

Most babies are more responsive to the smell of mouse flesh then they are to just the outside smell. I wouldn't worry about it not taking a cut up mouse. Take a measurement. The magic number is 1.5x as wide as the snake but I've seen corn snakes eat at least 2x, though it's not recommended.

Well, my hatchling was able to eat a pinky that was too big for him, and regurged two days later. If you want to offer him the whole thing, I recommend putting a slice in the pinky's back to speed the digestive process. I cut all my pinkies before feeding since then.
