Probably a bunch of you veterans already know this, but I just found out that "disposable" plastic supplies like deli cups are considered "paper products" in the restaurant supply industry!

Next week I'm going to see what the local "paper supply" warehouse to keeps in stock. :)
 
Yup, We have a store called Cash n Carry, they have deli cups all sizes. I found out it takes minutes to drill holes in them with a Dremel drill, lot cheaper then pre-drilled. susan
