The skin isnt rotting, the snake has mites. You need an appropriate pesticide like in the link. Im sure pet stores sell chemicals for snake mites as well.

Well I pm'd Jay, and he told me i needed to get them out immediately and gave me a step by step on how to get under his eye socket. It was really late but today I bout some NIX and sprayed it EVERYWHERE! The little fellow is acting fine now but Im still really worried. Ill keep you guys up to date and thanks alot everyone!

The black markings by the eye in the photo, are they still there?
 
Yeah I did, twice also and still no luck. Its really starting to look like its the skin itself. Im going to try and feed him today and see if he eats. Hopefully he will shed soon too. He's due anytime now.
 
Well to make things worse its 7 am and I was up all night because kenny got out! What bad timing I swear Im going freakin bananas!!!!
