Preventing further Parasitosis

So I finally found out what was wrong with my snow Europa. She had regurged several times despite having nothing in her stomach and seemed disoriented. After a trip to the vet we discovered she had a pretty bad case of parasitosis, mostly flagellates. That's what I get for feeding live mice, and I will certainly be switching her to f/t (under vet supervision) as soon as she is well.

My question is this: does freezing mice kill flagellate parasites? How long do the mice have to be frozen for? Should I spend a fortune buying from an online rodent dealer or just kill and freeze the mice I have been using? Should I get her de-wormed yearly just in case, or will freezing hopefully eliminate the need to do so?

Also, anyone else who has any advice on helping a corn through the recovery process, I would love to hear it. Poor Europa is still freaked from the vet visit yesterday (car ride, blood and stool sample, force feeding, etc.) and is just trying to sleep it off now. Anything I can do for her besides keeping her warm and giving her fresh water?

Thanks everyone for helping me not panic when this regurge business first started. Sorry for the slough of questions... Cheers!

From what I understand yes, freezing kills them.
De-worming should do it. well till you risk it and feed live again.

Ordering on-line is cheaper in the long run and if you can find someone to split an order you can save on shipping too.
