quarantine question

For those of you who have a collection on snakes. I am not sure how to word this, it'll be a bit like a word problem.
You have 10 snakes all living in the same room. You go to a show on a saturday and pick up a new little guy. Well On wed you have yet another one delivered from another breeder. What do you do about Quarantine?

Do you quarantine the 2 new guys separately? Do you have a quarantine room?
If there is a Quarantine room isn't there a fear that one new guy may make the other new guy sick?

I think everyone does it different, but I do quarantine different animals in different rooms unless they came from the same person. It makes it hard and limits how much i can bring home, but if one is sick I would rather pay one smallish vet bill than two. I do this for 90 days and if everyone seems fine they get to come to the reptile room- if I am in doubt i get a fecal done to be sure, but even those can miss some things. I also care for my established collection first and then the new ones and shower changing clothes and cleaning my finger nails especially well. Some people laugh at me mostly my family, but its a big deal to me so overcaution can be a good thing in this case.

I have a special room for new and unknown snakes.....
Most of what I buy are either known and quarantined before I buy, or, bought off someone who I know.... At the end of the day I protect my snakes first.....
