question about homemade incubator

Alright so ive been informed of a way to make an incubator from the styrofoam box's you get when ordering fish online. I have about 5 of those boxes. Ive been searching and cant find a thread on how to make this incubator. I have a exo terra head pad to use in it but just need further instruction. Thanks for any replies.
