I figured out how to upload and that, but hten it sais my file or whatever is too large. It has to be 146.something but mine is 1.someting I think, I don't remember exaclty, but yea so waht is wrong?

is the file size too big or is the picture itself physically too big? I think there are limitations on both, but I'm not positive.

What size is your picture (i.e. - 800 x 600 and how many kilobytes)? There are limits to both. Try resizing the pixel size to 800 x 600 if the picture is larger than that. If that doesn't work, then decrease the pictures resolution.

well, the file size should be a maximum of 146. something, as you said...in Kilobytes

I guess your pictures are 1. something in Megabytes, that's a normal size when you upload pictures from your camera ;)

Yes, you have to reduce the size of your picture in pixel size. If you have Adobe Photoshop you can use the "save for web" feature which I find the best for doing this, myself. If you don't, then you need to use whatever program you use to "fix" your pictures and go to the Image Resize and resize the picture to bring it down to the limits of the forum.

A bit of trial and error should bring you to the point of putting your pictures on.
Good luck.

For anyone without a resizing program:

If you don't have a photo editor for resizing, there is a cute little one called Irfanview that is quite powerful and very easy to use. I love that program for straight cropping, resizing, compressing, and the gamma function on it does a good job for me. Irfanview is small enough that it is easily downloadable and best yet...it's free. :D If I need more than Irfanview can handle, I just use Paint Shop Pro, but that's usually if I'm adding embellishments such as watermarks.
