questions about heating?

I am setting up a utility rack an have 4 16Qt. sterlite boxes for some corn snake babies this year.

what is the best way to heat these 4 containers? or do I need heat?
the room is always around 78 to 80 degrees.

I like the heating pad idea, however I would like to use 1 for all 4 boxes
and cant seem to fnd anything like that. Also I would prefer not to attach them directly to the tubs, just lay the tubs on top of it?
 
If you do decide to use a heat source, a great economic way to heat a small rack like that would be heat cable. It's made by ZooMed, just do a search online for it. They come in several different sizes/prices. You may have to regulate the heat somehow though, temps with the heat cable are usually 100-104 just simply plugged into the wall. LOL :rolleyes:
 
Or you could use a strip of 3" or 4" flexwatt, which is what most people use for racks with multiple tubs.
