Questions about lava fires

Si i am trying to find information on lava fires. I have been searching and searching and cant find anything other than:
http://www.cornsnakes.com/forums/showthread.php?t=119065

and this:
http://www.reptileforums.co.uk/forums/snake-pictures/872202-2010-fire-lava-corn.html

My question is if you breed say a bloodred het amel, lava X same how would you be able to differentiate a regular fire and a lava fire in the same clutch? Is it from the eyes or possibly high amounts of white?:shrugs: I also assume that different phenotypes might aid or possible hurt you in telling the difference such as one might have eyes more like an amel's and others more like the "blood drop" eyes like carol described in her post. Anyways any information would help me a ton because this is a project i want to work on in the future.
Thanks,
jorge

They are very different to look at in all honesty. There seems to be a difference in the eyes, and the overall look is very different. cant explain it well im affraid, but if you produce one you will know its not a normal fire.
