Redecorating the Viv

I'm just curious. When you do a full cleaning of the viv, do you also do a bit of redecorating? Why or why not? Do you think snakes ever get bored with the same old set up, or do you think keeping things the same would be more comforting? So far, I have done a little redecorating when I do full cleanings. One time, I moved the climbing vine out from under Nightmare's hammock. It was fun to watch him try to figure out a new way to get to it. He finally realized he could climb up his driftwood "tree," to get up there. I like to think I am challenging him, and helping him learn, and keeping him from getting bored, but for all I know, I could be just irritating him and making him uncomfortable. Or maybe snakes don't care one way or the other. Any thoughts?
