So I come home today to my room and my snake, I think has regurged. I am pretty sure she has. I will post a picture of it here soon... I do know that it smelt real bad and looked like a complete mouse. She is a little over three feet and I don't remember her weight from the last time I weighed her. She is almost 3 years old and she is a normal. I fed her about five weeks ago...I usually feed every 10 to 14 days as well as my male amber that is also a little over 3 feet and 3 years old. After waiting the normal 14 days I tried to feed them both again he ate great as always...she refused her food. After she refused I waited another 12 days to feed and she ate. This was this past Sunday. Everything was ok. She pooped on tuesday so I thought it was all good until today. I don't know what is causing this and it concerns me because she has never had any problems before. Any suggestions as to what is going on would be helpful. I will post pictures of her and the mess a little later... thank you in advance.

Even if you don't know the reason why, follow the regurge instructions found here: http://www.cornsnakes.com/forums/showthread.php?t=28342

In a nutshell, leave her alone and don't offer any food for 10 days. When you do offer, it must be a much smaller food item than what she normally eats (if she eats adults, give her a fuzzy).

A few possible reasons for regurges are: incorrect temperatures, food item too big, snake is getting ready to shed.

Hmmm... is she showing signs of illness? Lethargy, heavy breathing, gaping, not flicking her tongue, ect? Perhaps it's environmental stress? Is she being housed with another snake?

I'm pretty sure there is a thread about what to do when your snake regurges, I cant remember what it said exactly so I can't tell you what to do, though I do hope someone else can help.
