Either you have not registered on this site yet, or you are registered but have not logged in. In either case, you will not be able to use the full functionality of this site until you have registered, and then logged in after your registration has been approved.

On the bottom left hand corner of each post, you will see a little scale. If you click on it, a box will open up where you can leave a comment about a particular post. As you receive comments, you rep points will go up. The more you get, the more you can give when you leave comments for others.
To see who left you rep points, click on the "usercp" button on the top right of the forum. You can scroll down, read the comments, see who rep'ed you and on what post. Now, there is a limited amount you can give in a 24 hour period, so choose wisely.
