RI or dehydration?

My snake pooped in her water dish I'm guessing Saturday befor i went out. When I saw she had poo in her water dish Monday she was very dehydrated so I went to cleaning her and her cage. As I was cleaning her she was hissing or so I think. When she was clean and rehydrated I heard her wheezing/whistling so I put her away and got her out today to check on her. While she was out she was still whistling and may be crackling but I'm pretty sure that's her skin. My question is that her being dehydrated causing that or could it be an RI? I'm also going to be out of town Thursday through Monday so if its possibly an ri I have to know quickly tonget her to a vet.

Sorry for poor grammar I'm on a tablet.

Shes not breathing with her mouth open or sneezing and is flicking her tongue a lot ( tomarow would be feeding day) of that helps with an answer

I checked her again and her skin is less dry and shes not whistling any moreso I'm thinking she was just dry.
