thank you for the comments.............i was wondering, can some of the more knowledgable people than me tell me if her pattern/markings look normal? i just noticed on the last 2-3 pictures that between the saddles and the ventral checkers, she has some more reddish "blotches" running down the side. i don't know if i have seen that before, especially "butting-up" right next to the checkers. :shrugs: anyway, just curious as i just caught it in my eye. thanks again.

Sweet looking Okeettee! Thanks for the vent shot, Dean will be happy.
Glad to hear that somebody else likes Tesla!

Very nice! Looks to have a banded pattern. Great pictures. I have no input on those blotches though, unique for sure :)

Yea Galen, her coloring and pattern look fine.

Are these the Abbots that you got? She loos great.

thanks again everyone..........and yes paul, this is one of the two. to be honest, i am starting to think that she is leaning more towards the "normal" oak than an abbotts. :shrugs: the other one (Lita who will have her thread this weekend after she sheds) has some very wide borders compared to Sass. will just have to wait until she grows a little more. it's just weird as all that Don & Sally bring to the expo's are abbotts. :shrugs: thanks again people.

Well, what you are seeing may just be indivivual differences between the two snakes. Abbots okeetees are just specific blood line of Okeetees. As long as the parents were both abbots, then all the offspring will be abbots. Just that some of them will be of better quality than others. I have seen them both, and I would call them both Abbots with out hesitation as their colors are a lot deeper than some of the high quality regular okeetees that I have seen.
