Setup/Viv Pics

I will be setting up a viv for a corn pretty soon, and i am interested in natural setups rather then anything else, if you all could post pics of what you keep your corns it to help me get some good ideas, i would greatly appreciate it. thanx in advance.

Here's one of mine. It's a 60 gallon for my yearling. I plan to add more plants to make it more homey after seeing other vivs. They seem to enjoy the plants and vines from what I've read. My hatchlings have a similar environment (attached) but with dividers. I plan on buying larger vivs for each as they grow, but probably 30 gallons will have to do as I don't have enough room for them to all have a 60 gallon! I just scan the garage sales around here or ebay till I find something I like :)

I dont know how to post a pic but could email you a few of my setup if want?
I have 4 differant setups at the min for corn's, sand boa and BRB, and are all as natural as possible and as close to their own envionment as possible. The only thing i'm missing is a couple of live plant's each but they will come after the new year.

Here's Annabella's she jsut loves climing in the vines and on the tree. shes only about 14" right now, i plan on building a huge custom one some time for mulitple snakes.

Hi Spirit
where did you get the faux rock background? I'm looking for something similar for my 2 new enclosures :)

Here are mine. I think I'm going to change to silk plants as the real ones don't hold up too well to constant snake assault! The paper towel was for her to go under before shed. She actually liked the dry wadded paper towel better than her hides!

It's just a regular aquarium backing I bought at the pet store. The other side has... A roman theme? I'd have to look.

thanks for all the great replies, love the pics...got lots of ideal from them....does anyone know if there is any way to use a uth with a custom built (wooden) enclosure? or would i have to resort to a overhead heating (basking) device?

You People really get into your snakes......i was wondering...i have a creamsicle corn snake...and i have a 33 gallon for when it gets big enough..... will 33 be big enough for full grownth???i was told a 20 gallon would be fine for a full sized as well ....what do you all think....is 20 gall. or 33 gallon big enough or what?....or should i buy a bigger one or.? :shrugs:

33 gl. should be plenty big. I was also told, and the Cornsnake manual states that a 20 gl should suffice for an adult. I have a 30gl. for my large corn.

Jason, a 48 X 18 X 17 is about 65 gallons. Although everyone says that a 20 long or something is fine, I prefer giving them more room than that. The larger enclosures are more costly, but these are living animals, and I think it's well worth it. Just my opinion.
