Sheding problem.

My son has a young corn. Seems to be very healthly. Eats good. Has shed 2-3 times since we got it in September. Grown from about 17 inches to 24 inches.
When it shed about 2 months ago, it looked like one small piece of dried skin didn't come off the top of its head. It just shed again about 2 weeks ago.
This time that piece came off and it almost looked like there was a small depression (hole) where it came off. It now looks like there is a scab.
Is this something to worry about or just something that happens sometimes?

thanks in advance.
Chris

If that happens, soak the portion where the shed didnt come off in warm water. It should come off. If your having shedding problems, try to raise the humidity in the tank.

Sounds like an old injury but I guess not. The depression could be just that from the old skin. Just keep an I on it for now. How your humidity in the Viv. Try keeping it about 40-60%. Also you might want to mist the Viv during the shed cycle. For the scab try some neosporen.

Keep us updated.
