Cooast to Coast said not too put a small corn into a big viv, because it might scare them, and they won't feed and could die.

now many people on here have huge tanks for their small corns.

i was just wondering, when i go to buy my new snake, should i get the small one like they say, or get a bigger one, to save money?

thanks for any replies! :D

It is up to you. I have a 20 gal long and losts of stuff inside to provide hiding places. My corns love it. Yes I have more then one even more then 2 in the cage, but it is only till I get my second corn/rat cage set up then it will be boys in one cage and girls in another. hehe till it is the season ot Amore hehe

LoL I went to school in Texas they didnt teach us meters LoL

but it is about 26inX12inX12in hope that helps

thanks, that helped a great deal, i think i will buy a big one, and put alot of climbing and hiding places in for my baby corn.

Has anyone else bought a full size tank straight away?

Hi,
I have used 20 galon tanks ( 24"x12"x14") for my babies and I have never had a problem. I think you need to have a few hides so they can feel secure no matter where they are in the tank.
