I've been feeding Sweetness 2 small/medium pinks a week, this last feeding I had my son take out the pinks to defrost them and he took out a small pink and a large pink, it had wiskers (big ones!) He ate the large one and left the small one and it left a noticible lump in my baby. He left a large "deposit" in his cage. lol How big do pinks get?
 
the bigest i've seen is just short of a peach fuzzie, which is probably what the last feed was. get a peach fuzzie and try your snake with it and if it takes it no problem i would stick with the fuzzies from then on (the snake piles on wieght after starting on fuzzzies)

themousefactory.com has great pictures you should check out. You can see the mice all lined up next to each other and also individually laid down next to a ruler.
 
some mice grow hair later then others . I've had pinkies bigger then some of my fuzzies. If your snake is eating and digesting it it sounds like your ding alright. I would only handle it if you have two for a couple of days after a meal that big.
