Snakeism Evangelist!
Ok. So I was in the chat room earlier and we got onto the topic of religions. And so being my random self I commented "I've got a great idea, I'm making a new religion. It will be called Snake-ism. We shall worship all snakes." Apparently Becky then called me the Snakeism Evangelist. :D So I made the decision to make this great thread stating I've made a religion. And as I see it it'll be kinda like newages stuff when it coes to the gods. lol But in this case, all snakes will be gods. lol

So have fun. I shall post more later lol.
 
oh and BTW....Mice, Rats and anything else you feed snakes...shall be Sacrificial Offerings. lol

You'll have to create a mythological hissssssssssstory. Perhaps one with a rattling end. Something one can sink their teeth into.

I'd join, maybe. I already believe snakes are God. I even have a big bust of Medusa in my snake room. And, when I was gowing up in Tennessee, I got some childhood training in 'handling dangerous serpents.' I'm just not much of a group joiner, though, unless there's a lot of drunkeness and debauchery going on.

Nevertheless, notify me whenever any positions open up. wink-wink-nudge-nudge :crazy02:
 
There are many "missionary" positions open. lol Jazz as for easter. Yea it's the easter, christmas, whatever holiday you want it to be. Infact if you want your snake to be in the choir, sign up today. lol As for Rich and Bern and the many others, and the history I will create the soon. Rich is out Pope, and Kathy Love and Bern and many others are in there. I just havn't created everything yet.
 
Every holiday is "snakesgiving" when you have to give someone or buy yourself a new snake. Don't forget the Slitherhood of Gaia, they are the snake goddess' dedicated followers (kinda like Vestal virgins). They'll keep the temple free of mice and rats. Our house is a Snake-ism temple/sanctuary.
 
sounds promising, but I want to see this religious text first, and then I need to question all that is written in it to find out how well it stands up to logical thinking, and then I need to cross examine my logic, and then I need to figure out how to argue against both my logic and crossexamination, and then I need to....... ya know what, how about I just think about this one a bit, and then after my questing, I'll be the most devout snakist ever and you will have to make me like pope or somehting.
