Snake Poop

So I've fed my snake 2 times already and I haven't been able to find any evidence of waste in the tank. Tonight I was holding him and he started to go (yuck) and I put him back in his tank. The thing was that his excrement looked very liquified and runny. I'm assuming I haven't found any more because its also been liquid. So I have to ask: is this a bad thing? I haven't noticed any bad smell or anything but I'm worried about the state of his waste.

There poo is usually slightly runny. He may have also been musking you (do a search for musk here on the forum) As for his poo what is his substrate? Some snakes will poo while they are burrowed so you have to look around for it. If you get really worried about it you can use undyed (straight white) paper towels as substrate then it will be very obvious when they poo. But it sounds like he went just fine after some handling so thats good!
