I was celebrating Cortez's fresh shed when I found this on his back near his tail. Is this scale rot? If so, does anyone have any good treatment forms?

Not sure, I got him as an adult in '00. He had a round of scale rot a few years ago.. do you think that could be what left the scars?
 
i agree that it looks like a scar. my snake has similar scales on his neck from a tape accident (newbie mistake). and if he isnt acting strangely and is still eating then i dont think i'd worry.
