My Aunt owns a pet store in a little town - she specializes in birds, but has other small critters. My mother took my 7 year old for a visit while she had him last week. When he was shown the corn snakes he informed my aunt that we have a corn snake but "all he does is poop on people." :laugh:

Yesterday evening we pulled this out of kiddo's backpack. It's a poem and picture. We keep the viv on top of my dresser, so that's what the large brown box is.

Text:

Roses are red. Violets are blue.
I hope my snake doesn't poo.
My snake's out of cage!
This is a rage.
My snake has a mat.
Under that is a rat.
The rat is fat.
My snake ate that rat and mat.
He got a mate.
He's my corn snake.
His mate is a horn snake.
They broke up.
He just woke up.
I say hi.
My Mom says hello sneaky snake

So cute! My 3 year old is totally into our snakes too, so hopefully one day I'll have some snake art to stick on the fridge! LOL
