i'am from the uk "that dont matter i just like saying it" i want to know what the easyest and cheapest thurmostat is tho.. could ppl give me some links pl0x :)
 
Zoo med makes a cheap thermostat. It's around $15 here. You can probably just put in reptile thermostat into any search engine and you'll get a million links.
 
I don't have any experience with that particular brand but it looks like it should do the trick. Put the probe at substrate level under the hide and let it do it's thing. I only use thermostats on my green tree pythons to be honest, but I spend more money on those as they need a much closer tolerance in temp.
 
I've never seen that brand before, habistat would be the most popular make in the UK. Let us know how it performs for you..... :)
