transporting snake? age limit?

Hi, my first cornsnake (Maxx) is about 6-7 months old now. 18 inches, eating fuzzies. I have some friends at the office that would love to see him. Is it a major thing to transport the snake to work for a morning visit? How old should he be before I attempt this?

I don't know that transporting for a visit is necessarily a good idea. The snake is still small and might be stressed out by the un-needed adventure. I personally would wait until the snake is at least a year & a little bigger & calmer. It's one thing to bring them out into the world for a vet check up, but another when while they may be used to one giant touching them and staring at them, they might freak out when more appear.

I would stick to pictures for now.

Just my .02

Have your office friends over to your place for a viewing. We have people over quite a bit to gawk at the collection.

That was my thought too :D We have people over and they always want to hold the babies. But I rarely let them hold un-established snakes :D
