Ark regurged a little bit ago so we waited the 10 days to feed him and since I didn't see him even when changing water that entire time I was very worried that he was dead. But he wasn't! We went looking for him tonight to give him his little nutribac pinkie head and he had fully shed, perfectly I think. He was very feisty and did NOT want to get picked up, but we got ahold of him and he went straight for the head in his feeding tub.
I did notice when I was getting the pinkie out that they are kind of vastly different in size. I think before we feed again we'll buy a bunch of pinkies and sort them by size so we can make sure we don't drastically change the prey size on him. Who knows, maybe that was why he regurged.
One last thing - what does the tail tip on a shed look and feel like? I think it's there, I just want to be sure. Both eye caps were there and it was all in one piece until we tore it removing it from the tank.
I'm so relieved!!!
