very strange shedding situation

amber4711

a lost cause
my corn snakes eyes went dull about 3 weeks ago but only for one day,his skin colour hardly changed much but he did go off his food,so im wondering if hes ready for shedding... anyway today i offered him a pinkie and he ate it ok,i go out for a few hours and hes done a full shed for the second time (in the past ive had shedding problems but thanks to you guys this is now not a problem)
I cant work out why he showed hardly any signs of being ready for shedding... is this normal at times or not? my best interest's are in his well being and maybe im being paranoid but just wanted to check if this can happen at times.
Any replies would be very welcome ty guys for the past advice pretty soon ill post pics of my beautifull little baby :D

Remember, that almost every rule about corns is only "In 99% of cases...."
Corns USUALLY do not eat in "blue" time till shed, BUT as you experienced, sometimes they do :)
