Viv Decor?

i was wanting to add some more bits to my corn snakes viv, and want to put in a plant of some sort (real) but wasnt sure if some were harmful or not. What plants are not harmful to corns that can be picked up easy in shops? (UK)

I've tried real plants. Firstly they just get barged over - the snakes and viv get covered in potting compost and the plants get crushed. Secondly, the plants need UV where Corns don't so you need two sets of plants and you'll have to swap them in and out of the viv.

I'd recommend plastic foliage as an alternative. You can get it from pet shops, or the cheaper option, buy it from hobby stores where it's sold for artificial flower arrangements (check for exposed wire ends and fold them over if necessary). They're pretty cheap, washable/disinfectable and look great!

awesomee, ive got a little bit of fake greenery in already but want more, most are saying stick to fake anyway.. gonna go hunting for more decor :D

Ya, I don't think a live plant would be the best idea for a snake. I have really pretty Reptavines in my vivs, they come in a couple colors, and green - they are 6' long but they don't seem that long in the viv. I have them spread out so the snakes can hide under them. I think they are made by Fluker. Sorry the pic is sideways! I rotated it in photobucket but it's coming out wrong here.
