Weighing Scales ???

Ok so I need a set of scales for Smokey.

I have a set of normal kitchen scales (not the digital type) are these suitable they have the tub on top ??

Technically; yes. But.....It might depend on how big your snake is and just how accurate you want to be. If he is small, your scale might not be sensitive enough to show you very accurately how much he weighs at very small weights. For instance, my non-digital scale shows only a notch for every 10 g, so you wouldn't be able to tell much of a difference between a 15 g and a 17 g snake. It's not critical to know the instant your snake could be switched over to bigger prey, so it's up to you how accurate you want to be. But if you want to weigh the prey items, the non-digital one probably won't be very helpful or accurate. I prefer the digital myself.

Yes im planning on sending the wife shopping tomorrow for some digital scales but just wanted to check tonight her around about weight because she is going to get me some more mice and need to know what size to get
