hey ive seen a couple pics of possible dilute , and anery dilute s but what is it and how do you confirm that it is a dilute?

Dilute acts as a hypopanchromic. It reduces the intensity of all pigments, not just the black pigment that hypomelanism reduces. Test breeding to another snake known to be het or homo dilute is the only way to prove out the morph.
 
Also, while not a completely tell-tale sign, most dilutes shed clear, where a non-dilute will generally have pigmented sheds.
