Whoa! Great example there...

Definately LOOKS like a female tail. See how it gets thinner really quickly below the vent? That's a female thing. They don't have much in their tails below the vent. A male tail will not get thinner as quickly because their sex organs and whatnot are in their tails. So I say it's a female but that's just an opinion and no one can be 100% certain all the time by just looking. You should find an experienced herp person (vet, pet shop, breeder, etc.) and have them sex it for you if you need to be certain.

And to answer your second question, I'd saw you're right about it being a normal too. Certainly looks like a normal.

Could you get a shot of her from the other side (belly) and post it, I'd be interested in seeing her tail from the belly side.

I'd say it's probably a female, but you'll have to have it probed to be certain. That bulge at the vent is somewhat common from what I understand, but I don't know what causes it. The color of your snake is what I would describe as a normal.

The lumps on either side of the vent are fat buildups. A couple of corns have them, and it doesn't seem to be harmful. Do you have a pic of the underside of the tail?

nope dont have now

sorry dont have pics of the inderside will have to take some first then i can post them too
