Hybrid!?! No way Jose', its listed on Amazon (toy section) as a corn snake, NOT a jungle corn, (though that would have been my guess). :grin01:
 
I checked out your link. Thats great. It does beg the question why they made both of these toy snakes so yellow with bright red/orange blotches. But worse than that, in a book my daughter has about good pets, they have a drawing of a corn snake, and it's the same! It's an overly vibrant golden okeetee. If the "artist" had actually looked at a corn snake pic for his model, the colors would have been different. It had a stubby nose too, like a jungle corn, come to think of it.... Maybe all of these artists and such have a standard pic, and its of a jungle. Eww.
 
That's really bizarre...especially when there are tons of wonderful, non-super-bright photos out there. I even got a rattlesnake for my classroom, and it's brown. Normal coloring. (Wicked mean looking eyes, too.) Is a normal corn snake just not bright enough for these people? :p
