I now have my first creamsicle and am wondering...since it is not a simple reccessive trait, what should I breed it to? <P>Should I selectively breed it to bring out the yellows in other corns? Maybe work it into a snow line to produce high-yellow snows?<P>Should I breed it to another cream to get more creams? Or is it a simple recessive gene?<P>ANY HINTS/TIPS/SUGGESTIONS/IDEAS/ FROM ANYONE?
I'd take a look at Don Soderberg's website... Don has quite a few creamsicle morphs available, and all would make good pairings for your creamsicle corn. Add that to the fact that Don's one of the best in the business, and you can't go wrong.
