As far as I know, as long as you've provided her an appropriate lay box and she's laying in it, the eggs should be fine for a little while. She may not even be done laying before lunch time. Congrats!

thanks for quick reply! okay so i'll just come home at normal time. im glad i got to see first egg laid. im so proud of my tsuki.

and the lay bin is pretty standard. mosit sphagnum inside of tupperware container with a hole in it.

thanks again.

Yea! I did not get to see Brass lay but was happy she was healthy. I bet you coulda been knocked over with a feather after seeing that :D

haha Congrats! I remember you posted that she's taking too long to lay! My girl still hasn't shed yet but shes close. I should be getting some in two weeks or less hopefully.

As for them being in there when you're not around, they can stay in there for up to two days supposedly. Just get them over to the incubator when you can. I'm sure you'll do that first then when you get home rofl.

Congrats!! I hope you didn't drop them and flip them all over upside down when you took them out the tank like I did!!!
